Henry Slade wins Exeter Supporters' Player of the Year,
and Premiership Player of the Season 2023/24
Congratulations to Henry Slade.
Only 10 days after being named as the Exeter Chiefs Supporters' Player of the Year, Henry has won the Premiership Player of the Season Award at a ceremony in London.
Henry was presented with the Supporters' Player of the Year trophy by members of the Exeter Chiefs Supporters' Club Committee following the recent fantastic win against Harlequins at Sandy Park.
Despite his distinguished and successful career with the Chiefs, this is the first time that Henry has won the award. He was presented with the silver Cup and an engraved tankard.
He now joins an esteemed list of previous winners which includes Dean Mumm, Thomas Waldrom, Don Armand, Olly Woodburn, Sam Simmonds, Santiago Cordero and Joe Simmonds.
Henry's excellent form led to him being nominated for the Premiership Player of the Season alongside Northampton Saints duo Fin Smith and Courtney Lawes, as well as Bath fly-half Finn Russell. Many congratulations to Henry on winning this award.
The Chiefs family are delighted that Henry has agreed a new contract and will remain with us next season.
